When should I use this Top Rail?
This joist should be used when installing composite decking with a build-up height of 300mm or more. This is used as the top lattice rail to create a super solid structure. This top rail is also used when building steps, as it has been specially designed to be able to build a step stack.
Can I use this with porcelain paving and composite decking?
The only difference between the 75mm rail for composite decking and porcelain paving, is the porcelain paving has rubber strips inserted to create a perfect paving finish
Why choose aluminium joist over timber?
Simply, because they last the longest! If you are installing a long lasting composite decking, then you don’t want the suframe to fail and need replacing in 5-10 years when the composite still has many years of life left!
Can I install it my self?
Yes, our systems are DIY friendly. However, we also work with a team of approved installers.
