Our Delivery Policy
Delivery Charges
When it come to delivery charges, we keep it as simple as possible and charge you as little as possible. If your order is below £1200 and is for long, heavy or bulky items (composite deck boards, porcelain paving or joist etc) we will charge £72.00 for delivery. If its small items that can be boxed (screws, clips or pedestals etc) then we will charge £7.20. If your order is over £1200 we will deliver free of charge, whatever lovely part of mainland UK you live in. Unfortunately, if you’re in Northern Ireland, we have a delivery charge of £300 for all orders. All sample packs are delivered free of charge.
The delivery charge will automatically be added at checkout if the total value of the products you have ordered is less than £1200 inc. VAT
Lead Time
Our standard lead time is between 1-5 working days, subject to the products being in stock. If you are really urgent for your goods, please give us a call and we will do all we can to meet your required date.Our Maze Furniture products have a 7-10 day lead time subject to stock.
Delivery Terms
Please ensure someone will be available to receive and sign for your goods - our drivers will not deliver the goods if there is no one available to receive them.
Our delivery service is to the property kerbside only and the pallets will have to be unloaded by hand.
For goods under 2m our drivers will unload the goods via a tail lift.
For goods over 2m in length, please ensure someone is available to assist with unloading the goods as these will not fit onto the tail lift.
Once your order has been received and processed, our despatch team will confirm a delivery date.
If our delivery drivers attempt to deliver on the specific date agreed and there is no one available to receive the goods, an additional delivery charge will apply for redelivery.
If you are not happy with the condition of the goods on delivery, you must inform the delivery driver, sign for the goods indicating the issue and take images of the products that you are not satisfied with. This will enable our operations team to review and respond to the issue.
