Can I use this pedestal with any joist?
This pedestal head was designed to work with our aluminium joist so that the joist clicks into the head reducing the need to fix. If you have other joist, then the "Tectonic® Self-Levelling Adjustable Decking Pedestal for Timber Joist" can be used
How do I support a joist near a wall?
Each pedestal has a cut line on the under side of the base so that the base can be trimmed down to support the joist as close to the wall as possible
